I can verify everything what was said in the last post to the letter. I knew better than to tell them to not include me on "Chaplain Kevin's" emails but I did direct them to my spam box where his shit belonged. Christian my ass. Obviously I cannot enter my email address.
The following is an expression of my personal opinion. It is a warning to everyone to AVOID working for H2-insight as it is an oppressive and fanatically religious company.
My experience with H2-insight was bizarre from the beginning.
I answered an ad on craigslist for "Customer Experience Agents" to work from home. I did the on-line and telephone interview and was called into H2-insight's Tampa office on West Waters. We were told that the position was NOT a sales position. The fact is that it's a "soft-sell" position. The job involves cold-calling the existing customers of a major company. The job was to conduct "surveys" that just happen to ask questions about buying more!
New employee training was the strangest I have ever experienced. The weirdest thing that happened during training is when the owner of H2-insight, Mr. Vince Kudla, came into the meeting. His main goal was to tell everyone that he was a Christian who ran his company by "Christian Principles." He even has a "Company Chaplin" that he pays as an employee on his staff.
I happen to be a NON-Christian and I was greatly offended by this outrageous and unprofessional act on the part of Kudla.
The job pays $9.00 per hour with NO BENEFITS and is PART-TIME for no more than 20 hours per week. At certain times of the year, when there are not that many calls to make, you will NOT get your hours. They just announce to everyone to "clock out for the night" with absolutely no consideration for your loss of work and income.
You MUST have a high-speed Internet connection at home for this job. They do supply a telephone, but not a headset which is a requirement to do the job. They do NOT pay for your Internet connection that they EXPLOIT to conduct THEIR business.
My first "run-in" with management was when I got very, very ill in December of 2014. I was so ill that I could not speak, so I could not work. I followed proper procedure to inform H2-insight that I was ill and I would not be working. What do I get from H2-insight? I GET A TERSELY WORDED AND THREATENING E-MAIL, ADMONISHING ME FOR MISSING WORK!
I decided to call the man who sent me this outrageous e-mail, once I was well enough to speak again. I explained to him that I missed work because I was seriously ill. HE SAID IT DIDN'T MATTER WHY I WAS MISSING WORK, it was still going on my record as a warning!
There are scripts that you have to follow on calls, and I have no problem with that. (I've worked in telecommunications all my life.) However, there is no way you can stick to it 100%. An example would be if a customer has a question, you MUST go off the script to answer the question. I had different managers comment on my calls. Some praised me for my good work, but others told me I could not go off the script at all! "Going off script" is a method they seem to use to HARASS and PUNISH anyone they decide to pick on.
And PUNISHMENT IT IS... because the maniacs at H2-insight treat you like you are their indentured servant, their SLAVE to do with what they will.
When you get a complaint from a manager, H2-insight tells you they must "review" your calls. While you are "under review" you are BANNED FROM WORKING!!! That's right, NO WORK AND NO MONEY while they revel in their "power" to starve you to death!
Whenever I had to speak with management, all they did was play "power-games." They have your phone number, but they will "command" you to call THEM. They think you are too lowly for them to actually pick up a telephone and call YOU. They talk to you in an insulting and condescending manner.
My real problems started when I got SICK AND TIRED of receiving Christian e-mails in my inbox and SMS text messages on my cell phone from their "Company Chaplin," a little fellow they affectionately refer to as "Chaplin Kevin."
I sent a very polite e-mail to "Chaplin Kevin" requesting to be taken OFF of their lists. Once I sent that e-mail request, I seemed to notice an increase in harassment and banning. I was unable to work and make money due to the treatment by H2-insight.
I know how hard it is to find work, but AVOID H2-INSIGHT / HOMEOWNERS HOMEWORK LIKE THE PLAGUE, because in my humble opinion, it IS THE PLAGUE. These people have demonstrated to me that they are PSYCHOPATHS on POWER-TRIPS.
