Carrier hauled a load of produce for us. They showed up at the receiver on 9/1/14 with an entire pallet tipped over from lack of blocking/bracing. Receiver salvaged and repackaged as much as they could to minimize the claim. Carrier is denying the claim. Our trans agreement states that carrier is responsible for safe delivery of product. Driver was allowed on dock at loading. Carrier rejected multiple payment options/ways to settle. Avoid this carrier. Contact me for pics and documentation.
