I sent in three payments one of 2968 and three others of 677.99 each All due on the 22nd of the month They got information that was to go to US Bank.
I would also like to comlain about US Bank they said they never heard of them but info that I sent to Alex was received by us bank. So not sure what goes there.
Last week I was no longer able to contact Alex so I tried to contact Chad Johnson to no avail. I am jsut sick over this I may lose my home.
I was ripped off my a business claiming to be HAMP services and I found out from my bank that they never received my money and I was trying to save my home because I was in foreclosure to find out these people have stolen our money. I tried to call today and phone is out of service of course. Very disturbing to myself as well asy family and that is it people are evil and there's nothing more to it.
I was contacted by a pre recored message at my residence about being a non profit organization that could help with mortgage assistance being a goverment agency working as a HAMP Servicer. I first spoke to Brian Kelley at 888-436-8590, where he sold the program to us. He sent us all of the paperwork needed for us to qualify for the program and make sure that we could get on a trial payment plan. All of the paperwork was legit because I have been trying to get a modification for quite some time so it is the exact paperwork that I have sent my mortgage company over and over. With in 2 days I was called back letting me know that I qualify and I received paperwork via mail with a repayment plan.
$2,078.35 due no later that 2/6/15 in the form of a cashier check mailed to Trial Payment Processing 23046 Avenida De La Cariota, Ste 600 Laguna Hills, CA 92653. then 3 more payments every month of $1,168.36 sent to the same address in the same manner due on the same date as the initial payment. We were leary about their business and we questioned them to no end, but they were just that good. Malcolm Turner called as an advocate for us, he wrote letters to our Congressman for assistance, he reproted our mortgage comany to several Consumer Protection Agencies and he even wrote a letter for us to mail to our Mortgage Company. We sent in the payments and were being called back that the payments were received on time, and update about our modification.
Our mortgage company kept calling us and they sent them a cease calling letter so we were told, but when I finally talked to our mortgage company they had no idea what I was talking about and most of all no payment received. When I called Malcolm back there is a recording telling me that their services have been suspended and no one anwsers any of the contact numbers I have for them. So in talking to our mortgage company we should have continued to work with them and all the money I sent to Hamp Services could of have caught us up somewhat. Now we are even more behind and starting the process of modifcation all over again. This company was really good at deceiving the consumer. Too bad they did not put their expertise in really helping those in need.
HAMP sent a card in danielin the mail offering to save your home from foreclosure. they took all the information the deposit of 4,700 as a reinstatement fee and 3 monthly trial payments of 1800 no $1396 for 3 trial payments4 month of payments and they also they have an advocacy department that supposedly typed letters for me to send to the congressman Treasury Department and nation star bank they send those letters to me I mailed them out now that they have my money they don't answer their phones 4 days now 102 C Department says their services has been suspended and the ham services representative Michael Lewis or any of them don't answer the phones you want to get in touch with me a number 609 2878 486 Dave 6:09 287 8486
I received an automated call offering solutions to people needing help with morgage modifications, forclosures, lates on your morgage, etc. I called, explained my specific situation, and was told to fax income verification and they would determine if I qualified for the HAMP Program. I did as asked and was called back in two days and told I qualified and would receive the documents to sign and return with one month morgage payment and my morgage would decrease by $600 and the interease will drop from 4% to 3.125% and the terms would be extended to 40 years. I called my servicer and found out it was all fraudlent. The approval for a loan modification takes at least 2 months! Not two days!!! They have not approved any of what I was told and had I sent my morgage payment to them, I still would have been responsible for making my morgage payment to my loan servicer. I undertand now why I was told not to call my serviicer and to make my morgage payments to Trial Payment Processing, Laguna Hills. I researched the address and found that the physical address is to a divorce mediation center. I am so happy that I did not follow through. I would have lost my house had I not done my homework. It was one of those, "Too good to be true!!!"
