Charles Calvin Hampton Fillingame is a slick talker. Promises a lot. Blows off requests for contracts. Comes across as going to do the work himself and assures you he can do whatever you want. Scrambles to find subcontractors. Doesn't manage project. Doesn't come up with deliverables as promised. But he will take your money and shaft you. His argument is because he is a CAT (creative analytic talent), his ideas are worth thousands and you don't deserve a refund even though the agreement was for deliverables--something other than merely his verbal contribution. Beware: Hampton Fillingame is highly vindictive. OMG! I WAS SCAMMED BY HAMPTON FILLINGAME: HAD IDENTICAL EXPERIENCE!
OMG!! He said EXACTLY THE SAME things to me!! But that was years ago. His girlfriend had to go to the emergency room then too! He was despondent then too. He argued his talent was worth thousands even though he promised a deliverable of a website. He never did an iota of work himself and scrambled to find subcontractors. Everything in the review is a duplicate of what happened to me. I know of one other scam he perpetrated. Listen to the warnings in the review and keep Hampton Fillingame at ARM'S LENGTH. Or better yet, turn and get the heck outta there while you still have $ in your account.
