During my conversation with Mr.Larson he stated that he was going to look for the dress suit pant and call me back in a couple of hours. Mr.Larson never returned the call. The following day I called Mr.Larson and asked him if he had found my pant. He said no. I asked him if he had contacted the other company. He said he did not. I asked him as to how he was going to resolve my issue. He said that he was going to do nothing and then hung the phone up on me.
