Will I get the face painting that it shows on the sight, full faces, butterfies ,etc the whole face painted? She said sure as long as you buy the 90 min package for 210$ plus milage. No I want the $ 140 as seen on the sight I said. She said we do not do that package on the weekends, only the $ 210 for 90 min package. I said I did not see a note that that is a weekend rule on her sight! I asked my friends to look at a copy of the ad we did not see that. Bait and Switch is a possible form of Fraud when the customers are baited with a low price and then it is switched or not available so you need to buy a higher one. So even with a small group as you suggested I do not get these pretty face paint but rather simple design that is not shown. Unless I go for 90 min or a extra entertainer on weekends. Actually I can't get the hour pakage at all unless I want to do my party on bargain days according to you.
Then on the same pages it said if I buy this face painting package I can get Free balloons. Now I happen to no that the codes on free are really a fine line. Most people in business understand that and do not go there for that reason. So if I get free balloons and it is still in my hour that I am paying for what does that mean to me. It means that the amount of kids must be less or the quality of the work goes down to simple face painting. Now she said if we stay for more time we can do our normal balloon made with 1 to 3 balloons {wait a min. the other companies said 3 to 10 balloons} So this company is already doing less. If there is over 15 kids we will only do 1 balloon example sword or heart. So what that means to me is if I take this wonderful gift that my time is paying for, the quality of the work will go down as the entertainer is rushed to do basic work.
The good news for you is I read on your sight employement that the more advanced girls get perks. So this helps you send out people with little skills to all of us who take the bait and say sure I would love free balloons! Faster for you to hire out more little faries if they have less skills. So out of the 210 fee I give you the fairy gets 80 plus expences it says on your site. I see why they must be employees for that would be an illegal booking fee. Good Fairys have foreign corporations to work all the states, Happily ever laughter does not. Good fairys have business licenses for each city they work in. Happily ever laughter does not. Not even Sac the state Capital of CA. one of the main places they work or LA. You say they are all employees all 29 girls you picture on your site. Yet your statics say you have 5 employees. So are all the fairys you have flying around in all the states employees? You have ads up in every state. So how does a CA LLC work Mississippi, or Utah. They have no record of this company. How would these people take you to court without any paper trail. The good news is your CA corporation would not be a protection in all the others states because you are not a foreign. Us real people who do not live in fairy land worry about real issues. Like Under ground economy, business license, insurance that really can be used.Employees that are real and have protection for the families.These young girls you set out have no protection. If a girl falls on her costume or a kid chockes on a balloon your umbrella insurance will not cover all these girls. All those familes would be harmed at your hand.
