Hard Money Guys Lee Anthony is a complete scam. Please don't fall for his false promises. What appears as crystal clear will turn clear as mud once money exchanges hands. He charged me $2100 to get me a hard money loan. Needless to say I'm here 4 months later in more debt than when I began the process. I trusted him and took him at his word and he took me to the cleaners. When I inquired about a refund seeing he had done absolutely nothing, he replied " Oh but I tried and the fee is non refundable ". So what did I get for $3000 total investment ...... A very expensive lesson I couldn't afford. So hopefully this information will help someone find a more reputable, honest and reliable person to accomplish whatever your goal is. If you've got money and time to waste then Lee Anthony is the perfect fit. If you want a business person to get you results look somewhere else for someone else.
