I ordered Haute Polish in February 19, 2014. The order has a 30 day money back guarantee. However the order arrives after the thirty day guarentee. I tried the product and the quality of the nail polish in water down thin. It takes 3-5 coats of polish to achieve one descent coat of polish. The colors you chose when ordering is not the ones you receive. And Never can you talk to management or supervisor. the call representatives pretty much laughs in your face because they know theyhave already accessed your credit card account and are able to steal more money from you. The original order fee is $19.95, but Haute unknowingly enters the customer into a membership that reoccurs your credit card account. I called Haute to stop sending products and to cancel any memberships to my order. They said that they will cancel the membership, and for me to sent back the recurring orders sent to my address. I did so but more and more orders came out even twice in one week. I called them back because I was seeing charges on my monthly statement of recurring billing even after cancelation and until this day in the end month of May. They refuse to refund any monies or allow the customer to speak with management. I am now out of hundreds of dollars and had to cancel my bank credit card. Haute is a rip off and the quality of their product is not worth and of money.
