As a 10 yr. quiet, steady-paying resident of Aspen Creek Apt. Complex in Dallas, TX which Hayden Properties bought in 2012, the Manager hired by name of Sandra Saenz had my car towed twice, altho' the 1st time I had requested they NOT TOW it until it would pass the yearly inspection test which would take a few miles driven but it was towed that night, costing me $300 to retrieve it.
A second time when this complainant returned home late one night, there was NO PLACE TO PARK except in the visitor's section and again my car was towed that night costing me $250 to retrieve it.
I have e-mailed and written the corporate office of Hayden Properties for reimbursement and gotten no response.
