I purchased a set of headlamps for my Dodge truck from "Headlights Depot", within a month of purchase one of the Xenon bulbs failed and had to be replaced, then within 6 months the opposite side head lamp appeared cloudy, the amber colored turn signal bulb turned black and filled the inside with smoke stains.
The headlight replacement was one thing but now I have smoke damaged light, tried to clean it out with a damp cloth but no luck. Through Amazon I sent a warranty claim to "Headlights Depot". The claim was denied, thier exact quote was "Upon review of the ticket, the warranty department has denied the claim for what appears to be accident damage and that is not a warrantiable issue. There is too much wear on the lens to claim that the light did that on it's own.".
This truck has no damage and sets garaged mostly, so I told them that thier excuse was lame, and kind of a scum bag response, that did not help me but I could tell by the fabricated response that was not getting any warranty. Jerry
