Since this company came to nursing homes Nationwide and I have spoke with outher people they have taken away what we had with the company before they sub-contracted 401k stock etc after they promised us it all now they want to cut our pay when our contract is up. this company is a huge scam I do not know where they found them or what it is all about but I do know this is illegle the manager of this company Charlen treats everyone like garbage threating to harm employees yells at them in a demenor manor. I dont know why any company would subcontract these people or this company Overtime is not allowed and will get written up for it.

Flower Child

Typical day at work was being Harassed and intimidated by the District manager. Middle Management didn't provided any training or communicated adequately about the requirements of the job. My co workers were mostly abused by one of the most repressive companies in the USA. The Hardest part of the job was dealing with the incompetency and rudeness of both the District an Regional manager. The only enjoyable part of the job was to get to know some of the Residents up close beside seeing how neglected they were at the Nursing Home. Worked for Healthcare from 1990 to 1997, then left to work for Genesis HC until Healthcare signed a contract with Genesis to take over the management of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments on January 2014. After that everything changed for the worse.

You get lied to. There are no raises. Nothing ever gets fixed.

Staffing sucks. Budgets are insanely low and are unattainable, even though they will tell you it can be done. This means you have to run a perfect operation. No waste, none. No leftovers. No mistakes. No one asking for a second portion.

No training, More paper work then you can even imagine. 90% useless information, that no one looks at.

they don't care about anything but themselves and the dollar. Employees and residence suffer because they are so cheap.

Jail food is better!

Had to work 6 days a week (would've worked me 7 if they could) and was not allowed to get 40 hours. Job was not that difficult if you could overlook corporate mistakes and lack of materials needed. Co-workers were great, they were also overworked. My account manager tried his best but was under trained and under funded

and these are just some of the complints working for this company

Total incompetence is an understatement. Last year I moved, I called to change my address. Months later its tax time... I find out im supposed to recieve a 1095 form it never came. I called in they went to verify my info and we found they never changed the address in the system, no biggy..he updated my address and assures me my 1095 was on its way. IT NEVER COMES... I call again. .. on hold FOREVER, she apologizes for the prior CONSULTANT'S (plural ) incompetence and assures me its on the way. ....mind you I can not file my taxes without this freaking form. IT NEVER COMES....I'm so frustrated at this point I could blow a gasket. The deadline to file my taxes is a week away. I call in AGAIN.... they appoligize again for the "inconvenience " I told them i simply do not trust that they will mail it to me... and that it is now almost too late to please fax or email it to me. She says they dont have the ability to fax or email (yeah) the only option was to send it through the mail. I asked for a supervisor. .. they put Sharon on the phone... even though she was very apologetic she also refused to help me. The customer service is a JOKE. So very irresponsible and totally oblivious to the issues they cause the people they supposedly "serve". They should just fire everyone and start all over.

I signed up for insurance through the Healthcare Marketplace in 2014 and had a horrible experience Getting it set up. I thought it couldn't get any worse...I was wrong. I simply renewed my coverage with a different plan (same insurance company Blue Cross Blue Shield) for 2015. I received a letter asking for income verification. I sent in the documents and received a letter back from the Marketolace confirming my documents were received and nothing further was needed.

I had no issues in January or February. I paid my March premium which was accepted. Imagine my shock when I went to pickup prescriptions at the pharmacy 3/16 and was told my insurance was terminated. I had not received any notice from the Marketolace or Blue Cross Blue Shield about the policy being terminated. I spent 1 hour on the phone being transferred to different people within the Marketplace. I was told I wasn't a US citizen and hasn't provided proof otherwise. I sent in citizenship proof in 2014 and was not asked for it again in 2015. I finally reached a supervisor who told me they had a problem with many people where the Marketplace wanted citizenship proof but didn't send out requests for the information...they just cancelled the coverage. That supervisor said she'd reinstate my policy and backdate it to 2/28 when they supposedly cancelled it. She said it would take 72 hours but she'd escalate it, and Sage cleared the citizenship alert.

72 hours later and still no insurance. I spoke to an Advanced Solutions Specialist who stated it could take 7 days not 72 hours. He also advised that the previous supervisor who said she cleared the citizenship alert actually didn't and doesn't have the authority to do it. The citizeship alert was still in processing mode. After 50 minutes on the phone with him, he was going to escalate the case again. He also advised I needed to send in proof of citizenship again which I did. I find it ridiculous since I already sent it last year, I have a SSN, and the government and Illinois recognize me as a citizen and require me to pay taxes. He confirmed the system showed the policy should be backdated to reinstatement dated of 3/1/15.

I spoke with Peru from Health & Human Services division of the Marketplace next. She couldn't even find the reinstatement date in the system. Supposedly she was going to escalate it as well.

I take prescriptions for a major medical condition (kidney failure and consequences of it). I'm out of the medications and have been unable to fill them due to this Marketplace debacle. It's been 7 days without my medications, and I'm having withdrawal symptons and sick with the side effects from the medical condition now. The Marketplace is the most poorly run organization I've ever encountered. I did nothing wrong, received a letter from the Marketplace stating no further documentation was needed, yet still had my policy cancelled because of their incompetence. I was never even informed the policy was cancelled. My March premium payment was accepted and not returned to me. I only found out the coverage was cancelled when I tried to fill a prescription at the pharmacy. I receive different answers depending from each Marketolace representative and still don't gave coverage reinstated. Seems like there's no one to report the Marjetplace or get help with them since it's the government. The chances of me ending up in the hospital again because I can't fill my medications is very real.

The Health Insurance Marketplace has the most incompetent people assigned in their Advanced Resolution Center (ARC). If you have a problem, the marketplace will "escalate" the problem to be fixed to their Advanced Resolution Center. The problem is the Advance Resolution Center that is assigned to resolve issues IS THE PROBLEM!

If you are terminating your coverage for whatever reason, you are supposed to give them 14 days notice, something people don't know. Well, I tried to terminate my insurance coverage through the Marketplace because that's how it's supposed to be. You can't call the insurance company and say, I want to terminate my coverage. If you signed up for insurance through the Marketplace, you have to terminate it through the Marketplace.

The first time I called the Marketplace, they did the termination by phone. A month later, I find that the Marketplace did not terminate my insurance and I was being billed by the insurance company. I called the Marketplace. They "escalated" the problem to the "Advance Resolution Center (ARC)" Nothing was done, they closed the escalation, I was not notified, and I was not terminated. I called again. The Marketplace team "escalated" it again to "ARC." I was told to wait for their call. I waited and waited. I called the Marketplace again and it was "escalated" again. I get a call and was told termination would take some time. I waited and waited again for this termination to take place.

Five months later, the IRS is withholding back my tax refund, Medicare may penalize me for having two insurances at the same time, which is illegal, and the "Advanced Resolution Center" said they could not change the date of termination to reflect the correct date of termination because the dates were computer generated and since it's a CMS program, there is no fix for it yet. WHAT?? Are you telling me you cause the problem then you can't fix it?? Meanwhile people are running into problems with their income taxes and Medicare because you cannot fix something as simple as a termination date??

Try to get a supervisor on the phone from ARC and they will not put one on. Ask who you can complain to and they don't know. Meanwhile I may have to pay on taxes, which I've never had to in the past and face problems with Medicare. People, beware of these people in the Marketplace's resolution center. They don't resolve anything but cause more problems!

Very easy to sign up. I was totally shocked how difficult it is to "terminate" the policy. I have never had to owe on my taxes since early 90's. They asked for an estimate on what you think you will make in the "future" instead of what you already know for previous tax year.(AGI)

Be very careful if you decide to sign up. Make sure you know what the "tax credit" is and how it will affect your taxes. If you need to cancel do it way in advance. ask lots of questions.I just have a headache now and know they need to revise this. It's headed in the right direction. Something better than nothing?

Affordable Health Care? Seriously? NOT!!!

So, my son who had his working hours cut to 28 hours per week so his employer doesn't have to provide health insurance to him has to get Obamacare or suffer a tax penalty of 3% of his total income.

We begin to do our research and discover that if we apply online to Healthmarket.com and fill out the application. We are told that my son will receive a tax credit of $65 per month and we continue to take an additional hour filling out the application. We get all the way to the end of the application and try to sign up for the insurance and it tells us we have to call and speak to a representative. We call and are left on hold for 30 minutes and then someone gets on the line and makes us give her the information all over again. We spend another hour on the phone and then the representative tells us we are NOT eligible for any other care except catastrophic care and we are NOT going to receive a tax credit. The entire time I was on the phone with her I had my laptop and then went online to healthcare.gov and removed my son's application and just started over. The Marketplace rep then places us on hold for another 45 minutes and then we get a recording come on the line saying that they seem to be having trouble communicating with us and to call back another time!!!! Really???? I then continued filling out the application on healthcare.gov and am able to get to the end and pay for the insurance which is totally worthless.

For anyone who has not applied yet, my son makes not quite $26,000 per year and Marketplace is telling us we do NOT qualified for a tax credit??? Really??? He is paying $115 per month for a policy that includes NOTHING until he is out of pocket $6500 for the year and then AFTER that will only pay 60% of his costs.

Really Mr. Obama, you have reached into a kid's pocket that can barely afford to pay for his car and his mortgage that he managed to get to buy a home and now he can't even afford to go out to dinner once per month because you took any extra cash he had left.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

Also, WHY is it any of your business what ethnicity we are when applying for and filling out an application?

This Ripoff report is against the Healthcare.gov/ Obamacare. Although I have canceled my insurance policy with the Healthcare.gov and my healthcare insurance via email, phone and mail, I am being forced to continue to have coverage at a an increase of $250 per month, although I have requested to have my policy teminated over and over and over again. I am being informed that it's not up to me to cancel my policy, but the Healthcare.gov. Last time I checked this was the United States of America not Obama republic. This is a huge rip of and now I am being told that I must pay $301.67 a month to have a Medicaid insuarance, which I can't afford to pay.
