I purchased scrubs from this website; 2 tops and 2 pants. The tops arrived fine and I like them; the pants I ordered were Large but what I received were at least XXL because even when tying them they would fall off me. I know the difference between Large and XXL.
It takes forever to get through to these people. The only way you'll talk to a human is to pretend you're placing a new order - not a good sign. For any other requests you have to leave your name and number or send an email, I did both and I got no answer. I went to the BBB and right after that they called me; also not a good answer.
We decided that they would return my pants for the correct size and I would pay 50% of the postage and they would not charge me a restocking fee.
More than 3 weeks passed and I called them. The man who answere was extremely rude and argumentative and I said I may have to go back to the BBB and he said I could call the president for all he cared. I AM going back to the BBB becuase now they do want to charge me a restocking fee and make me pay for 100% of the postage.
Like I said if you plan on just buying from them and keeping whatever you get you'll be fine but if you need customer service this place is run as a one way business; they only want the business from your credit card to their bank account and they don't seem to be keen on customer service, returns, exchanges or refunds. Never again and if you're smart you won't either.
