I purchased glass jacks for my pipe. USPS shows it was delivered. I never received it. Let the Health Time know about it. They made me call the USPS to confirm delivery for a $6 item? Then said they would only resend it if USPS sent it back to Health Time meaning because it is lost in the mail.... Thanks for shopping with us. Total rip off. Do not do business with this company. I could only imagine what would have happened if I spent serious money. STAY AWAY FROM DOING BUISNIESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
