These people are the lowest of all lows I have ever seen. Kathy Smith is the WORST of them all. Not only is she a crooked Accounting individual but she has stolen from family not once, not twice, but three times.
She stole all of her parents assets after their deaths, not giving family the courtesy of having mementos or anything. She was made guardian of a trust for her underage niece but when said niece became of age and wanted her money, it was gone ($35,000 TO BE EXACT).
And last (that we know of), she, her husband, and their son have stolen campers. a car, and numerous other items from another niece after the death of her father (kathy's brother). She has been verbally and emotionally abusive to all parties involved.
Oh, one more thing... She, her husband (ken smith), and her son (Alex Smith) stole a $7,000 mower that belonged to Clay County Airport. She was served with a warrant for their arrest if she didnt return the property.
What I am trying to say is do not trust ANY of these people !!! If they can do it to family just think of what they will do people they DONT have any ties to. DO NOT buy goods and/or services from them because more than likely, you will be an accesory to a crime.
