I was solicited by Hendrick Mercedes to come in for a Air Conditioning Check up. I scheduled an appointment to bring my truck in. When the check up was complete I went to pick my truck up and the SRS light was on. I advised the service department that this light was not on when I brought the truck in and they insisted that it was. After speaking with several managers (including the district manager), Hendrick refused repair the SRS light. The service manager accused me of being unreasonable because I was upset with his insisting that my SRS light was not on. He went on to tell me that the vehicle had 138k miles on it and that things break, just because it broke in their possession would not make them financially responsible for repairing the breakage. I have had the pleasure of owning a BMW and a Mercedes. I have patronized BMW and Mercedes dealerships in several different states. Hendricks by far is the worse experience ever!
