He submitted everything that was requested, after awhile we could not get a reply we sent and email by the time we got a reply it was 1/20 telling us he apologized but due to the snowstorm in Georgia we will have our site by 1/22-1/23, no later than 1/25. He fell off the radar for over a week and we email until I used another email account to which he responded, which had me mind bogglede because he connected me with my husband and I didn't even mention his name. There are no phone contact, it seems you have to pay top $ to get phone support. If you do not ask a question you do not get an answer. I sent a message and eve though it was not a question he blew up at me when I said it was unacceptable.
