I have been with this company for two years, in the two years my website has not been completed or updated as I asked them to the point that I just gave up even communicating to them about changes because nothing would get done except for my blood pressure getting higher. When I did send them a email with a concern, the response i got was "Are you sure you are connected to the internet?" SERIOUSLY The email server is constantly down and the website server is constantly down. When you email them they don't answer! We pay money for the service but aren't receiving the service and are not getting any answers to our queries.
I want a refund IMMEDIATELY for the past two years. they are lucky i am not asking for damages as well!
So I needed a website for my new business. Nothing major just 5 pages. Didn't have a whole lot of money to invest in it so I was looking for a deal. Thought I found one on Craisglist(1st mistake) from a "company" offering to give you a free website if you only pay for hosting...month to month or annually (another clue) considering the ad said it should take no more than 2 weeks to finish my site. I paid the month, sent proof of payment to James, he text me back saying "Excellent!" That was the last I heard from him. I've been charged since for hosting for a website I don't even have. They don't answer the phone, or like answer but don't say anything. I've sent numerous emails, no response. It was super confusing on how to stop the recurring charge, but finally was able to cancel. Still no website. This is a scam! I'm glad I did month to month instead of paying a full year in advance. I woulda just given away my hard earned money. This is a scam to get you to pay hosting.
I am experiencing the same as everyone else. They "bait" you by all their false claims and promises and then once they get you, they desert you and treat you like crap. It has been a month and all I have is a shell for a website and it's not professional at all. You basically have to threaten them to get them to call you back and when they do, it's your fault and nothing gets resolved. DO NOT PAY FOR THEM TO HOST YOUR SITE. You might as well just throw your money out the window. I have not only lost time but $120 as well. Only thing good is that I found out how horrible they are before I had too much time invested in them. They seriously should be shut down.
