I have signed up for reseller hosting and not gotten and money back from there crappy uptime. http://www.dailyhosting.net/reseller-hosting is the url that i bought web hosting from but so far no response, they arent answering tickets.
We are tired of multiple downtime from Hostoople. No customer support via email, live chat, and telephone. Especially when you are facing critical emergency repair, you wont find them until after over 10-12 hours.
If you request for your backup files, they delete your ticket request, you wont even hear from them at all. We have been filed multiple suit by our clients attorneys several times. Now another filing is occuring again. When we migrated to hostoople inc USA, we have about 48 clients, as at this reports we have 36 clients remaining. 2 have just signed cancellation requests. We requested for backup of our WHM files, hostoople keeps ignoring our requst. Please kindly assist us to request for this file.
