On january 30, 2015 I signed a contract with him to get 59 rooms hotel furnitues along with 59 PTACs and 59 TVs for a total amount of $ 35, 400.00. He asked for an advance deposit of $ 15, 000.00 and I send him a check # 1453 for the amount of $ 15000.00 on February 10, 2015 by priority Express mail # EK 540058223 US to the address 24250 Mound Rd. Warren, MI 48091. The Check has been cashed by him. The furniture along with other equipments should have been shipped from a Hilton Hotel in Missouri. The first delevery was supposed to be on February 18, 2015. I have been calling to reach him. However, in the morning you can leave a message, but not in the afternoon. All of his victims are calling. So, the voicemail is full by mid day. No shippment, no commuinication, no explanation, no return call. I have already contacted to MI Attorney General's office. I am planning to contact the Police Department and bring him to Justice.
