We purchased our hotel room from hotelplusportal.com for Jamaica for our first 5 days of our trip. The iteneray came back showing that round trip transfers to/from the hotel were included. They wanted the flight details to confirm the transfer but then said it wasn't covered. I had the paperwork showing the transfers were included so contacted them on this. We came to an agreement after a bit that they would cover 1/2 of the charge and refund it to my credit card. Well after 2 months, no refund after multiple emails to the company.
They totally did not follow through on their comittment initially or at the end. And to top it off, the hotel Club Ambiance that we booked through them was terrible.
Never using them again or staying at the hotel again. Glad our next 5 days in Jamaica were great, excellent hotel, excellent service and yes it included transfers.
