I can not register my motorcycle in my new state of Florida. My nj title.has a lien on it and I never recieved a letter from Household Bank that the loan was paid off. Without this letter I can not register the mc in florida. So now it sits and cannot be driven. I need letter stating it has.been paid off.
I had a credit card with these guys and one day they suddenly dropped my credit limit from $8,000 to $305 without notice. My payments had always been on time, my account was in good standing, and they had no reason to do this. Furthermore, they never even let me know!
I wrote to them to complain about this and some other problems I was having. They were extremely difficult to deal with and refused to correspond via email. Eventually I sent them a letter advising them, in writing and with my signature, that if they would not resolve all the outstanding issues that they were to close my account. IT had a $0 balance at that time, and I have not used it since.
To this day, they have refused to close the account, and they keep sending me new credit cards each time the old ones expire. All I'm trying to do at this point is close the damn account so I don't have to deal with them anymore!
