We have had a horible experience with this company. Damaged goods were delivered and weren't exceptable. We have had really bad follow on the part of Humble Abode, who has our $. The shippers who were scary, tried to get us to sign for goods that were discovered damaged when they opened a box (not us). So, we wouldn't sign. In broken English were where told to "open our minds". Does that mean accepting damaged goods. Humble abode says that the shippers claim the the bed was in good condition...LIES!!!!!
Wow, now HB wants to send out the same bed, have us sign and then they'll have us do a claim for the broken parts. WHAT? Now, I just want our $ back. I have lost hours and hours over what should have been imedidately replaced by HB with an undamaged product. This company is obviously a vertual Co. that doesn't care about anything but their bottm line. Shame on them!
