Quite simply in awe. Recently signed a contract to have my roof replaced through my insurance company. The representative of the organization (Hutch Homes Solutions) stated that a deposit of my insurance companies first check along with my deductable was all that was needed to get my roof started and completed. A invoice report by Hutch Homes to my insurance company after completion of the project was to be submitted for the remaining balance. A week goes by and not a single word from Hutch Homes. Finally I get a call not by Hutch Homes but by my insurance company wanting to confirm that my roofing project has been completed as they just received a final invoice from the contractor. Surprised by this information as my work has not even been started I called out to their sales representative who in turn is also surprised. I was informed that it was simply a clerical error and was given a start date. A start date has come and gone and yet no one has shown up to start the work. My deposit has been cashed and I am out a roof, money and no where to go. With winter coming and a small child at home I am simply speechless. I have attempted to contact there office several times and no one is returning my call. Now out several thousands of dollars from the deposit I've given and a "missing in action" contractor. To all those who will consider using this company in the future...beware as I've just been had!
