Ordered a free trial from Hydroderm Encore, ended up to be $9.70. This month billed for $164.70!! Guess I am SOL! False advertising and taking advantage of consumers. I have notified my Cr Card Company NOT to accept any charges from them anymore. People out there, beware, this company is a scam!!!! After reading what others went through, guess I will pay and know I will defuse anyone from engaging with them!
They charged me $ 450.00 and lied about the price. They said one was $4.95 and one was $9.00 and it was not. It said you only had to pay shipping, but that was a lie. It was actually $60.00 and $ 90.00 per item and it does not work as avertised. It is just a plain creme.
I answered ad for trial size hydroderm using credit card Jan 19,2014.Did not work for me and I called to cancel 2/13/2014 speaking with 'Mark'. He ask for email address stating he would send an email cancellation notice.He did not. I was billed on my credit card for more hydroderm. I disputed and their response was no contact from me. I received a shipment 3/29/14and telecon 'kaitland' as I was charged again on cc. This time in amount of 94.90. Again I telecon 4/10/14, talking to 'Christina' asking for RMA# per packing list. I was told 'just keep it and take it up with the bank'. Telephone is their only option. Yet on credit card dispute they deny any conversations. Sounds like a scam!
When you send the product it did not say anywhere that I was bound to pay 89.90 for the cream. It said Free and I do know how to read. You are ripping off customers and using false advertising. I looked for the fine print and did not have one. How do I know that everytime we sign up for a free trial,and we complain you have another voucher in your office that says that we need to call back in 14 days. Nowhere on the voucher that you advertise said that.
I will be calling the Attorney General/California and if enough of us complain your website will be shut down for mail fraud.
