I purchased a 2006 Ford F-550 bucket truck from I-80 equipment in Nov 2013, once the truck was delivered it had major
problems. It immediately went into the shop for repairs. It was in the shop for 2 weeks. The list of items that had failed
was getting longer every day. It had fuel issues, oil pump, electrical issues, IDM module, not starting etc... all the issues
associated with the Ford 6.0 liter diesel engine. I called them over and over, the response was days later. Since the purchase
of the truck it has been in the shop for a total of 45 days in a 6 month period. Finally they offered to replace the truck with a
trade, but the problem is that i will need to pay an additional $8000.00 to make it happen. I was not going to have that type
of offer. I'm not happy with the product or the service that they have provided.
