Purchased an i420 cloud unit on 10/16/2014, cost me approximately $125.00, it failed 2 days later. The 5 year, no questions asked warranty was enforced by ignoring my emails, voicemails etc. The local vendor that sold it to me also refuses to do anything about it and just refers me back to Mr. Levick.
Long story short, this company ripped us off and won't make things right. They won't return our phone calls or emails. We were overcharged as well as shorted on the amount of units that were order, but we were charged for them. We were never given an invoice.
In mid may 2014 received email ad from jeremy levick offering the i420 cloud dry herb vaporizer for sale to business such as the one i work for and i bought 5 of these under the great "no questions asked" 5 year warranty mr levick backed up the product with. on 6-17-14 one of my customer i sold a i420 cloud to returned it with a broken mouthpiece so i attempted to call mr levick at the phone number on his webpage but got his voicemail instead so i left a detail message and wanted for a return call and possible a prepaid mailer for the return of the vaporizer. one week and nothing so i called again, got no confirmation from him via phone or the company email address i supplied; this was 6-24-14. since then i have been calling, emailing, and leaving voice messages for him at the i420llc number and to elktor usa's phone number and email address and no one has responded to this day, not even from the posts i left on elktor usa's facebook page.
