I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy if they offered free services. They operated in the most deceptive manner. Jacqui Cole cons customers into making them believe she is dying and it is all a humongous tale to lure customers to beliving dthat she is suffering and therefore an honest person. Ms. Cole is a monstor and a snake. Jacob is equally as bad, ppor schedling and once the truck arrives and the pack your contents another they change the price from the quote originally given.
The other deceptive practice is they contract out to other trucking companies. Most of the movers do not speak any English.
Many times I could not reach them either by phone or email. They claimed they had a flood problem, they had electrical problems, dthey had phone problems.
During my move, I had to pay another person to assist the movers after they reached Florida because the two man moving crew was incapable of completing the job in a professional manner.
Jacqui Cole accepts no responsibility of mistakes and is a habitual liar. I even complained to her about the unprofessional behavior of the movers begging for items and she agreed with me trying to make me believe that she was on my side, when in fact she knew all along she was aware of the unprofessional behavior.
Be very careful of any conversations, because they illegally tape your conversations without informing you they are doing so.
When I received my items there was a suitcase missing which had some very important documents and other expensive items. I filed a complaint with the better business breau and became even more fusturtated.
