On 10/29/2014 I brought my Apple Macbook Pro to I Fix Your I to have the case replaced because of some slight damage. I got a call later that day that my laptop was done and everything was perfect.
On 10/30/2014 I picked my laptop up, brought it home, turned it on, and they had put a different customers hard drive in my computer. I was livid, call them, went back, waited an hour for them to find my drive and replace it, brought it home and they had installed the motherboard improperly, so some of the ports on the side were unable to be used.
Brought it back again, waited an hour and a half while they took the whole computer apart and rebuilt it properly, and finally was able to use my computer with my hard drive.
Please do not ever trust this company with any of your electronics that have any value to you, they are totally incompetant and I can't even believe they are in business.
Also, while I was waitng there for the almost 3 hours, other unhappy disgusted customers came in with issues with their iphones, shipping issues, and overall very poor service.
Please save yourself a lot of aggravation and learn from my mistake, don't ever do business with I Fix Your i, ifixyouri.com.
They even felt entitled to keep the full amount I paid and didn't offer me anything for the horrible service they gave me. Amazing.
