I received a faulty product on 3/24/15. I contacted igearusa and they gave me a return authorization # for the return. They received the product on 3/26/15 as I have a tracking #. It's been over a month and I have not received a refund or even a reponse. They have no company phone number and they will not repsond to emails. I google earthed the address they gave me (**** Grapevine, TX) and it's somebodys house.
I ordered a iPAD keyboard and once received it did not work. I immediately retuned it requesting refund on my visa. It's been over 5 weeks I still have not recieved credit back on my visa. They will not respond back to you and there is no contact phone number. This has been a large waste of my time as I send them daily emails begging them to respond and they will not.
