I saw a groupon offer and decided to call them to get more information. i followed the times on their webste, which were incorrect. So when i finally got ahold of someone, she let me know of the correct hours. Then proceded to tell me that they only work 3 days a week and in order for me to make the 4 appts i had to pay my non refundable amount of $189. I had to drag out of her that i could only do specific times and she needed to check to make sure she had the times before i paid my money. She checked for me, confirmed my dates, emailed me the invoice. Something in my spirit told me to call back the following day just to double check, seeing as though i wouldnt get my money back if they couldnt honor my times. So the next day i called and im assuming the same girl answered the phone. I had her confirm my appt dates and there was only 1 of my 4 appts on the calendar. So i asked the young lady to go over with me what dates had the specific time i needed and she jumped ahead an entire month. So i let her know what dates the girl gave me the previous day and the agent stated that the facility would infact be closed on those days. If i would've paid my money, i would be out of $189 right now. I will never patronize such an unprofessional establishment. I wouldn't give them a dime of my hard earned money!
