They make it look like you are filling out a form for Immigration Services (a government agency), then ask for $149 processing fee ($ 149) and only later do you see that they are NOT affiliated with the government and all they did was bring up the form for you you fill out. If this is not a Rip Off then I do not know what is - but the Better Business Bureau seems to have no problem with that.
