I recently purchased a PCM Module from Imperial Automotive. Once I recieved the package I read the instructions and then I begin to install the PCM Module. After, installing the PCM Module I turned the key and the car still would not start. I called a tow company and had them to come and take my car to the dealer. Once I took my car to the dealer, the tech advised me the the equipment was invalid for my car eventhough it was brand new. I provided Imperial with all the correct information.
Once I arrived at home I immediately dialed 18888752958 and the phone was disconnected. I finally got in contact with them by email and they would only respond whenever I advised them that I'm sending the equipment back to them. I advised them that I wanted a refund and they denied me. They asked for pictures and I sent them the pictures but they never respond. I advised them that I was going to send the equipment back and they advised me that they was not going to give me a refund.
