I think that you have been asked by the owner of the store to write a favourable review. I find it a bit suspicious that there is an influx of negative reviews in response to the business shutting down and "bec" scamming everyone of their money, and you just happen to stop and write a positive review. Hmm.
I also purchased a dress from Indiana Sage Designs months before x,as , do many excuses about family being sick and then we are going in holiday. After numerous complaints they said they would send a replacement dress and an extra bonus, have never received anything from them. Be warned don't buy anything from them they are scammers down $27.00
Yes it doesn't surprise me all these negative comments. About 2 years ago her and her girlfriend (owner of Boy jungle) bought an online shop similar to etsy. The previous owners had put endless time into making this a successful online shop with many small business being part of it. They where called Boy Jungle and Girl Jungle within 2 months of having it they closed the entire business down. So what do you think happened to the massive customer data base???? To say that we were pusses off is an understatement have of my sales came from the Jungles.
Like all the others i purchased and paid for 2 dresses in sept 2014, requested a refund in jan 2015 and nothing has been received despite all the emails demanding action. I have reported her to the accc and will take this matter to the sheriff. Anyone interested in joining this venture Group action) can join the fb page indiana sage design unhappy customers
