I purchased an Innergizer massager machine while at the (AAOS) American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons in las Vegas on March 28, 2015. I payed cash for the machine and was told I should receive it in two weeks. I have attempted to contact them by email and have left voice messages, but have not received a response. I even included a scanned image of my receipt. After 10 weeks without delivery of the product and no responses to my emails and voicemails, I guess I have been scammed. I purchased this to attempt to give some relief to my teenager that suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. I am more upset about not receiving the product for that reason more than them just stealing my money.
