I purchased an innokin mod from inno-vapor that was a counterfeit product. I went back into the store and was told that I could not have purchased the item there. I showed them the receipt, but they did not care. I then emailed the company, but they sent a very rude response back.
I looked up the name on the email that had responded to me and learned that the person who I was dealing with had multiple felony convictions for fraud and theft.
