Bennet Kelley set out to emotionally, financially hurt the defendant in Fresno. But failed, if that doesn’t work he goes after hurting your reputation. Bennet Kelley, a self professed "Internet Attorney" of the Inernet Law Center, filed a Ex Parte Declaration against me Richard Braud, UOpen, Inc., et al on behalf of his clients Global Wide Media, Inc.
First off declaring himself a "witness" on behalf of his paying client, he swears he served me a Application for Court Judgment. The filing was returned by the cleark's office of the court for under "notice of rejection".
On April 23, 2012 Bennet Kelley claims he sent me an e mail that he would be moving ex parte to seek a default judgment against myself and my company uOpen. We (I) didn't respond as I never received this trashy lawsuit/Complaint and furthermore Mr. Kelley being an Internet Attorney should know that the courts do not "recognize" an e mail address as a proper notice of service.
Bennet Kelley lied and claimed I did respond to his threat of a default judgement offering to pay my debt by "bartering services".Mr. Kelley, is mistaken, I never responded and this is more of the lies that Bennet Kelley files against innocent people for his huge legal fees $400.00+ per hour. I never responded and Mr. Kelley has not been able to substantiate that claim. Just because Bennet Kelley claims something is not true.
Mr. Kelley thinks that contacting the Washington Secretary of State business records for my companies proves I should be at those addresses listed in old records that have not been updated.
Bennet Kelley furthermore claries that this was old data as he called the phone number listed 206-605-5360 and found it was "disconnected"
Bennet Kelley has SLANDERED MY BUSINESS name by posting in a blog, stealing my photo and other issues warning businesses to "stay away (from Richard Braun and his entities)
I have been in contact with other victims of Bennet Kelley's unethical practices, they have declared that Bennet Kelley of the Internet Law Center has tried the same UNETHICAL METHODS OF trying to show he actually tried to contact a defendant (victims) and then shortly thereafter moves to file for a default judgment.
The other thing I want to point out is that the last page of my court documents filed by Bennet Kelley was a "Proof of Service" signed by Wanda J. Rudd. Why is this significant? Because Wanda J. Rudd is non other than the wife of Bennet Kelley the LIAR.
Speaking with other victims of Bennet Kelley's unethical behavior, I have learned that he has filed false police reports on defendants. Harmed and harassed their family members, and when that doesn't work and he cannot win. Bennet Kelley resorts to a laughable Cyber Smear Campaign harming innocent average citizens who are only speaking the truth and not defaming or slandering anyone.
Bennet Kelley, is also referred to sites like Ripp Off Report as "gripe sites" and has declared he will be taking them down along with his client reputation management and controversial person Michael Roberts of Rexxfield. Michael Roberts has openly along with Bennet Kelley declared war on these sites and that they will start their own gripe sites, where they can control what is said about who. When it comes to Freedom of Speech it only applies to Bennet Kelley and no one else. Michael Roberts has also declared for extra money Bennet Kelley will write horrible articles about people, trying to destroy their businesses or careers.
Bennet Kelley no longer writes for the Santa Monica Free Press because of his harmful, biased and unfairly balanced articles appeared. Currently he has a FREE blog radio show every Wednesday Morning and is trying to promote the techies of Santa Monica as "Silcon Beach" (our guess is Bennet Kelley is robbing them and making big promises) He is also an occasional contributor to Huffington Blog as are over 8,000 other writers. With the same methods of attacking the Republican party or anyone or any company that chooses to stand up to his lies and pathetic attempts to destroy.
