Needed to replace my pool liner this year and started the process of shopping around the internet for a good deal. Came across ipoolgroup.com from a Google search.
Found what I needed and placed the order. Everything arrived as described and on time. No problem with the fit of the liner and mat.
We included in our order the coping used to go around the outer lower rim between the liner and the pool. We found after removing the the old liner that the coping was not needed.
I contacted ipoolgroup to arrange for a return. I understood that I would have to pay the shipping and a 25% restocking fee that I was more than ready to absorb.
The cost of the product was $108.00. Less the 25% restocking fee of $27 I should have received a refund of $81.00.
Instead I received a $67 refund. Now remember I had to pay shipping to get it back to them, which was $38.
So basically I spent $108 and got back $67 less the $38 to ship it back, or $29.00!!!!!
What a racket. Next place is the BBB to file a complaint!
