Invicta Watch Company of America Reviews

  • Apr 24, 2014

Sent my Invicta Dive watch in for repair on 12/18/2013. I've emailed several times with no response and now both Customer Service and Headquarters phone numbers are ""Invalid"".

Back in December I filled out the ""Invicta New Service Case"" form for the repair and sent that and my dive watch to:

Invicta Service Center

1 Invicta Way (3069 Taft St.)

Hollywood, Florida 33021

USA

...to be repaired. I had already paid for the +4 Year Platinum Warranty Extension for it so everything should have been covered. I understand that the service is done abroad and takes about 90 days but could take longer. However, even though this page invictawatch.com/service/about-service says that I can ""track a service case anytime"" I have to login to my account to see it...makes sense except for the fact that it doesn't recognize me as having an account. So I thought I would test it by creating a new account using the same email and sure enough, that account is already in use...but I still can't get in.

From February to the end of March I tried calling customer service just to check on it but not concerned. Each time I called I was either 36th in line on the phone with a waiting time of 45 minutes, or I was 32nd, 37th, and 36th again. So on March 27, 2014 I sent an email asking for some kind of status information but have yet to hear from anyone.

Now the real issue is even though I keep getting their newletters there is not one way to contact them.

- unable to access my online account

- website Contact/Customer Service phone number 800.327.7682 is ""Invalid""

- corporate headquarter phone number 951.921.2444 ""is no longer in service""

- email I received back in 12/2012 from Customer Service Specialist showed his phone number 866.889.2824 is now also ""Invalid""

What's going on with this company? It seems like they want to have the public think they are still in business but are about to flee the country or something.
