Irene Pradillada is a woman who uses her mother as a person to help others feel sorry for her. She recently recovered from cancer and uses this as a health issue to make people feel sorry for her as well. They rented a room from me and for 5 months now have not paid rent in the amount of $500.00 per month, owing in the amount of $2500.00.
Irene Pradillaa has also taken from Conchita Treadwell money in cash in the amount of $2450.00 which she states is for a business that she is starting but has no proof and a ticket for a vacation that she did not purchase or return the money for.
This lady apparently has done this to other people and so I wanted to make sure that something gets started and documented because I will be filing a suit against her in the full amount.
