I ordered a Kitchen Aid Toaster over through New Egg, who uses I Save as a third party vendor.

I Save shipped me a Csisinart instead of a Kitchen Aid.

When I tried to get my money back , they kept asking me to email my address and I did several times, but they said they never received it.

I never got the RMA Label from them, but got an RMA Number from I save.

So I finally got tired of dealing with the idiots at I Save and called Fed Ex to pick up the toaster oven, which they did.

Now I Save says they never received it.

Warning, if you like wasting your time, don't order from I Save through New Egg.
