I had a business dealing with Mr. Pinto and he was less than honest. Mr. Pinto listed an item for sale on line for a specific price which I agreed to buy. I bought merchandise from him that turned out to be counterfeit. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a mistake. I offered a resolution that was more than fair to both of us.
He did not keep his end of the bargain and blew me off. When I continued to request some discussion, he got ugly and vile and used profanity profusely. He ignored calls and texts and then finally was very threatening in a fit of (written) rage . The logic he used to justify his position was incomprehensible. He anger frightened me and you should be cautious because if you do not like his work and complain, he may go off on you. I am a Christian person who is not accustomed to being treated with such hatred. I would find someone else that has less of a temper and has a sense of fairness.
This is my experience. Maybe others have seen another side of him but buyer beware!
