This company was hired to install granite in my home. They failed to make a template and requested that I deliver a sink to their store to cut out the sink. When they arrived the measurements were not correct. There were gaps between the granite and the sink was not even cut out at all. One slab was 3 inches too long...the sink wall was too short. They also wanted to cut the sink out INSIDE my house. We had not agreed to this and when I contacted the owner I was told that I was not God and that he would not be doing my kitchen... He instructed his workers to remove all of the granite from my home and that he would not be doing my kitchen. I had to contact the police and file a report on the incident. He is still refusing to refund my money and is stating that he will not pay me unless a court says he must do so.
He is not licensed in the state of Tennessee. His business license expired 2012...this means that he is not paying the Tennessee Deprtment of Revenue because that is the only way business licenses are renewed now in this state. He also says he is accredited by the BBB...it is on his wall and on his trucks...He is not, it was revoked for failure to resolve complaints.
I have now hired an attorney and am sueing him. Do NOT fall for his sweet little old man sales pitch. The second you have an issue, he will start the cussing and bullying.
RUN! Do not do business here, you will be VERY sorry.
