Ivory Option will ask you to provide them money to create options and that sounds legit, but they don't provide you details or give you any information. When you try to just withdraw the money they refuse to do so. Sometimes they flat out refuse and say you need to make a trade first. Sometimes they will lie and say it's in a trade, despite it not being in anything based on what you can see of your account.
I had a person named Sean Novak inquire with me about making an insured stock purchase which he kept stating that with the insurance, even if it did fail since it's insured, I'd suffer no penalties with the company. If he even did make that, I still did show the same amount of balance in my account. That part never changed. Sean Novak constantly refused to withrdaw my money and allow me to have it returned. Eventually he supposedly was fired, stated by a new guy who contacted me wanting me to add more money. Brian Green was his name. I advised him I only wanted my money returned and he stated he would discuss this with me later. We settled on an appoitment and he didn't contact me at the time. When trying to email him, his email doesn't exist anymore. Tried the main company number and no one picks up anymore. Their live chat support does not function and get you anyone so you can't really get any assistance.
Ivory option is the bigger scam you can find. Be aware of them they will take your money and pretend that they will trade for you or show you how to trade, they put fake money in your account and say that is your profit, and and when you try to withdraw they cancel the withdraw and give you excused for you to put more money with them to make millions. This guy Alex Perry, Mike Davis, Albert and Victor they are all crooks. Please be away from this scamers or you will loose your money. Report them them to the US goverment, US attorney General and stop them do a business in US and if we can do it out of US also. We need to stop this scamers. Another thing they will asked is to wire them 50K and make million in one year, Alex will to ask you, and please be aware .

It took me 4-6months to finally accept that it was a scam, my bank said chargeback won’t get anything back so I had just lost most of my retirement to these suckers, after a while of researching online and always commenting on things like I am saying now, I saw someone recommend Calgary security . The individual Christian Edwards and/or William Bober claim to offer a live webinar about how to make money like the big investors on Wall St. by offering their software free and demonstrating how it works live. They had a webinar two days in a row I attended and they were Exactly The Same, it's a recording. They claim they will start an account live and prove it works all while you watch and they "won't ask for a penny" which at the end is not true. They require you to subscribe to a 14.99/month hosting fee to use the "free" software. They also claim that the account they grew from $250USD to $18,500 will be given away to the first who purchased their hosting. As I noted it is a Recorded talk with Michael Bell in Chicago being an example of an attendee who is "really digging this webinar" and private messages his login info for them to grow live as well. There's a person from Australia too who messages in and the host comments that he's heard it's really beautiful there. They do have a backend group answering private messages with mostly canned answers- did you follow the link? Did you find the account? Just follow the instructions and fund the account. They keep stating that the attendees are depositing $250 when the minimum deposit is $500USD. This is a recording, I kept screenshots of the binary option group Ivory Options when they show Opti Options as the trader being used live. They keep claiming that the group is limited to 20 and I had two computers logged in separately and quit and rejoined with "nearly a thousand participants waiting" and if you're stupid enough to log out you would lose your spot. I got right back in using different credentials. This is a recording that's claiming to be live, no mention of the date, no dialogue that changes and I attended two each a day apart with NO change. Bait and Switch, yes. Live webinar, no. Beware as they try and have you fund an offshore account with a credit card. They even mention that if your card perceived this as fraudulent to call and tell them to let the transaction go through. Be careful, it appears to be one thing and is totally not what is mentioned. If successful you would spend a minimum of 514.99 and agree to recurring 14.99/month. Good luck turning that off. Only communication is through chat or [email protected] Again Be Careful It is Not Live!!

I called USA number….home fronted legally appearing business…transferred me to and I spoke with trader and I wired my money and I did not realize until after I had made the deal that this company Ivory Options is located in UK. I had wired Ivory Options $10,000.00 plus $600 bank wire fees…After only 3 days had passed I awoke myself out my sleep and instantly knew something was wrong. Again, only 3 days not 3 weeks and on my first call to request a charge back, the number was going to a fast busy. I called my bank to get them to assist and thought I was good. They told me they would help and credited my $10,000.00 and plus $ 600.00 and opened a fraud case investigation. I thought my bank had rescued me from the brink of disaster, however it was not to be.
Two months later my bank snatched the $10,000.00 back out my account claiming Ivory Options Binary would not charge back my $10,000.00 and they were keeping my money. Yes after only 3 days, claiming their matching bonus agreement of $10,000.00 I signed allowed them to do that. During the 2 months of holding my $10,000.00 they were busy in legal battles with my bank to not refund my original $10,000.00 because of their matching bonus agreement. My bank instructed me to communicate with Ivory Options and this is where it stopped. Ivory Options screened my calls and emails with no return and sending me in and endless loop.
Even at one point the man in charge who we will call (Avid) would give me empty promises of 20% return of $2,000.00 of my $10,000.00. This charade went on for over a 6 month period in total from January 2015 of wire transfer and remains unresolved as they kept my $10,000.00.
I emailed Ivory Options numerous times and told them they would always remember me. This article and my story is posted on many other sites throughout the internet along with many other peoples Ivory Options horror stories. However, mine has power and the Karma that will come to Ivory Options and their staff has already begun. This I know in my bones and in my heart. No day, month or year need be given for the undoing of this company.

I chatted with Ivory Option and chat inform me that I could close my account and withdraw my funds. I made the request and have receive no response.

they will take your deposit and then want information that sounds like personal I.D. theft.
they what to much personal information after the fact of depositing money.
I was told they would send money to my credit card as i would request it from my account.
I told them i would test them to send money to me.
so as a trial, i told them to send me a refund of my money.
i am told they will not give me a refund without giving to much personal information.
i was not told of giving of to much personal information until after my money had been deposited.
I can see the 250 will not be given back as they are in cypress.
