I ordered a new handle for my expensive built in micro wave oven on line. Checked and double checked several companies offering the same part for price and shipping etc and chose the wrong co. J&J International, inc. What a scam.
Recieved the part in the mail and they only sent me 1/2 of the handle I ordered. I called several times trying to get it right and ever time the perso I talked to said word for word what the others said.
Their bait and switch was to send you half (the back 1/2 ) then charge you 4 times as much for the front half. This is after you paid for both halfes to begin with. They charged me 20 dollars to begin with, 11.75 for the part 9.75 for mailing it. They then wanted 45.00 dollars more for the front 1/2 plus another 10 dollars to ship it! I paid 29.70 elsewere for the whole handle, front and back, including shipping and mounting hardware.
They would not take it back without me paying for shipping and 15% restock fee. I would have broke even or lost money to send it back! I have never seen any type of consumer scam that was worse than this.
