We got a car from Jd Byrider a 2002 Ford Focus. We loved the car had nothing but issues with it. When it was hot out u could not drive the car it would shut off. We took it to them like four different times. The last time we took it they said it was our radio doing it. We couldn't drive it in summer. The car was only good for winter really. We paid over 10,000 for it and only owed 1,000 more and we gave it back BC it sat for yrs because we couldn't drive it and they wouldn't do anything. And now on his credit as a repo. They just try to pull stuff on people and its crazy.
I got a personal loan for $6111.00 from my credit union,they mailed check jdbyrider received it April 24,2015 plus deducted monthly payment from my account and I have never missed a payment. I asked them about my refund they said they owed Me $187.00 from the $6111.00. what about the April deduction from my checking account. Plus they sent the title to my credit union and sent me my payoff contract.
I called jdbyrider asking for the month of April payoff. They told me $5925.00. I took a personal loan for$6111.00 from my Credit Union. My credit union mailed the check and they received it April 24,2015. They also deducted $338.00 car payment from my checking account for the month of April. After I realized it in May I called and asked them why would they charge me when I paid the payoff. I told them they have to reimburse me and they said they only owe me $187.00 refund from the $6111.00 toward the $5925.00 payoff. How is that fair I never missed a payment with them.

I purchased a vehicle from JDByrider on 12-18-2014, I had to get my licence changed from South Carolina to Georgia, now they are saying that its my fault that I took too long to change my licence over and its going to take their third party a while to process my paperwork for my title and vehicle tag. Now, Im driving with an expired vehicle tag and they will not give me another tag nor they won't give out the third party's information so that I can follow up on it myself. the DMV was called and they still haven't recieved any paperwork at all. The DMV also states that they are always having problems with JDByrider when it comes to tag and titles

In the middle of last year I was at my Doctors Office. When I was there they decided to send me to the hospital by ambulance because I was having a HEART ATTACK.
My condition was worseining so after a few days they transfered me to a Re-Hab center to learn how to live with this heart attack. When I arived at the re-hab center I had a tube inserted in my throat and was not able to speak for at least 3 weeks.
While in the Rehab Center I would write to my nursing staff to contact JD BYRIDER and inform them that my car is at my Doctors Office and it was OK where it was at. (PER CONTRACT AGGREMENT) . I had the nursing staff call repedately and inform them the car was still in the location and the car is fine in there parking lot.
When I got out of Rehab I was still very week and went to get my car when I got to my Doctors Office the car was not there. So I went inside and they said a tow company came and got the car. They were with JD BYRIDER.
So I called JD BYRIDER spoke to Vanessa she said that it was in there best interest to tow the car away. I told her that we called from the Rehab Center several times and they are in violation of the contract my payments were up to date.
She told me I would have to pay the towing fee to get back the car I said absolutely not since you told me it was in your best interest to tow the car.
A couple weeks after I got home I receieved a letter in the mail from a collection company telling me that I owed JD BYRIDER 11 thousand Dollars and the car was auctioned off. I was not a happy camper I called Vanessa screaming at her what the (H) are you doing to me.
I was told at that time there was no corporate number or customer service number I can call to escalate this matter.
Fast forward to November.
I was surfing the internet on my phone and found indeed there was a corporate number and a customer service number.
So I called the customer service number and they told me to give them 10 business days to get back to me. Well guess what they never called back.
Forward to February of 2015.
I started calling the corporate offces leaving several messages on Mr. Weddings voice mail. I got a call on Monday February 8th from Darrel from JD BYRIDER Las Vegas saying that he was sorry that I fell through the cracks. And He would see what he could do for me.
Darrel called me back today Friday 13th February 2015 saying under the fair credit act he would forgive my debt and clear my credit report and make me whole before the charge off.
I agreed with the settlement.
Then 2 hours later some guy by the name of Lou called and told me that he was the owner and he was not going to forgive my debt and I had to pay him all this money. I told him that CNAC forgave my Debt under the fair debt act and he was uncarring. I told him I was going to call MR. Wedding on tuesday and he really did not seem bothered by me going back to the CEO'S office.
So here I am now waiting for Tuesday.
Again stay away from this business.
If JD BYRIDER honors there origional agrement or furnishes me a new vehicle until then I will post an update if they decide to work with me.
If they do not honor anything on Tuesday then I will go ahead and also update any negative feed back they give me.

I have payed on myy car for 2 years have never been late until now i called the place up and asked to switch the payment from bi-weekly to monthly the refused. i started a new job and do not get a paycheck for 2 weeks and if they had changed it to monthly i would have been able to make the full payment in 2 weeks. they were very rude and tole me i had until that evening until they close that i need to go borrow the money or sell something and come up with payment or they are coming to get the car.

I took it to other repair shops where they checked it out told me what was wrong and estimated how much it would cost to fix my car, JD Byrider fixed things that wasnt even needed to be fixed and without my consent.
Now my car finally broke down I was on my way to work, I call them and all their worried about is their carpayment. I told them I just had that car out their numerous times and they havent fixed it, tired of paying on a car that breaks down like every month. So the owner said if he fixed it would I continue making payments I said yes thats all I wanted. They came and towed my car paid for the tow, then told me I'd be hearing from them, a week went by and my friend calls me saying they called her and for me to call them. I call them and here they were calling the wrong number, said that its the number they had in the system, but they never had trouble calling me before plus they had other numbers for me. Then I asked about my car and they tell me that because they couldnt get ahold of me it was in the process of repossesion. I said wait a minute what happened thought it was gonna get looked at, she didnt know anything about it and when I told her what he said she said he couldnt make those arrangements with me.
I call the guy that made the arrangements with me and he tells me, my car was looked at and is fine. I said that can't be it was broke down a week ago, he tells me they hooked it to a computer and everything is fine. So I ask where my car is he then tells me hes not sure, tells me we tried calling you bout your car couldnt get ahold of you. I tell him well wheres my plates then cause at this point I'm furious wondering what is going on with this place. He tells me he has to make a few calls and will call me back.
Hours go by I decide I'm gonna call the towing place to see if they knew anything, plus I have no ride to find anything else out any other way. My friend suggests call the tow place, so I do and here they tell me my car is there! I decide to ask them if it was towed to JD Byrider in the first place or just sitting there they tell me they can't give me any information. Just that someone is coming to get my plates, so I call JD Byrider back tell them I know where my car is was it even looked at. They said it was looked at there then why wasnt i informed! He tells me he was getting ready to call me blah blah blah and I have their permission to get my plates, yes I believe so! The car is only worth 4 or 5 grand in they charged me 21% interest rate which made car loan exceed over 10,000 for a 2007 Pontiac G6 with over 100,,000 thousand miles. Payments are high . The car is a lemon and also has 2 safety recalls on it plus other issues follows as well
At the time I needed a car bad and then later found out that I paid more than the car was worth in I was ripped off. Payment are averaging between 350- 450 a month on a bi weekly bases. I realize I could have purchased a new vehicle for the price I'm payin. The car also has problems everytime it rains outside my check engine light comes on and the car struggles to start up and jerks really hard when I finally get car started in start to accelerate. The car is a lemon and I've called for service on vehicle and they can Neva get u in ASAP it's always a wait and this interferes with me gettin to wrk so that I can continue to make payments. They call u every two wks n harass you faithfully for payments and I've Neva missed a payment.

i took the car in for another repair on jan 23, and that was the last time i seen the car, because they told me that the car was no good.
this of course was after i spent over 14000 dollars on it.
i had to sign off on it saying that i didnt owe them anymore money on a no good car and they kept all my money and car.
im out of it all. i complained all the way to the attorney general of nc and still did not get the justice i feel i deserve. what else can i do.

The car is a lemon and I've called for service on vehicle and they can Neva get u in ASAP it's always a wait and this interferes with me gettin to wrk so that I can continue to make payments. They call u every two wks n harass you faithfully for payments and I've Neva missed a payment.
