After giving them the green light to replace the broken tiles for an additional $275, they allegedly went up and performed the roof maintenance and replaced all the broken tiles. When I asked for pictures of the work they did they went radio silent. So I went up to the roof myself to take a look. I found a dozen or more broken tiles.
Then when I tried to file a complaint with the contractor licensing board, I was told they were not licensed and they were not subject to the board's jurisdiction.
