He is the ring leader of a 30 plus group of los angeles based party crashers, and one guy called chicago Jerry who flies in to crash events. They help each other with cell phones and e mails to crash these events. Jack is famous at Cannes film festival for years by bribing security guards and sneaking into the film parties. One of his best friends Anthony an ugly Brit with bald head, bad teeth, huge belly... think Whimpy from Popeye cartoon, goes to Cannes with Jack and pretends to produce films using the credits of a deceased real film producer. Their main goal eat drink with stars at fancy parties, try to befriend rich people so they can go visit their yachts and fancy mansions. Anthony was barred from America after immagration caught him lying about being a film producer. Took a lawyer and money to get back to America where he again crashes A list parties. Here in Los Angeles several years ago Jack would even print up copies of big studio movie premiere parties and sell them to his crasher crowd. This became such a problem that movie studios stopped mailing out movie invites and guests now have to show ID and pick up their tickets at time of the premiere at a check in desk. For years at Golden Globes parties Jack and crashers would chip in together and pay for a single night one room at Beverly Hilton hotel where the awards are held so they could move about the hotel and sneak into the awards room when show ended to find post show award party tickets. These are huge star filled parties thrown by the studios and invite only!!! The hotel now has a 3 night minimum stay to stop Jack and his crasher crowd. SEM a security company run by a retired police officer were hired for years by movie studios to protect their parties, SEM has marked Jack for crashing and look out for him and often thrown him out. For a while Jack worked as an assistant to a PR guy so he could come to the parties and SEM was furious that Jack got in as a plus one of a guest. For years Jack Kelly has told people in Cannes and LA that he funds films. The truth is he is small apt building landlord that his parents own, he has lived off his parents as long as all his friends can remember. One of his best friends when interviewed said "Jack has always been a trust fund baby, and i dont know why he makes up all theis crap about funding movies, I told him to stop but he wont." a second friend of Jack said " I know his mother has yelled at him for spending to much of her money." that is how he funds his trips to Cannes yearly and Brazil as well. He will gladly tell you about his photo with President Regan taken at Paramount Studios private party for opening night of play sunset Blvd, which Jack brags about crashing. A huge drinker he is drunk at most events he party crashes and yet still gets behind the wheel to drive home.
