My daughter and son in law moved into one of Mr. Bakers homes.

They found black mold in the bathroom. .Upon informing Mr. Baker, he told

Them if they would preform repairs he woukd give them a free

Months rent.

As they started the repairs the whole family became ill. They discovered

That almost the entire house was eaten up with toxic mold ! The contacted

Him again and were told by Mr. Baker it was nit his problem. He would Not

Fix the problem or at least have their belongings cleaned, and I quote "just throw

Your things out on the street as its trash anyway"

Then started eviction precidings against them ! They will be fighting him

But in Illinois its a losing battle as landlords hold all the power and the tennets

Have almost no rights. In closing do not rent or do any bussiness

With this man or his company. .if he does not care about the health

Of his renters or thier kids.. then I would not trust safety or quality

Of his automotive work !
