I called the customer support number and the lady said that that the triggered feature was falsely activated. When I asked her how a feature could have been accidentally features, she couldn't answer that. She just said that it was a false triggered feature. Why is that even there? How can that happen? She also said that I should log out and log back in. When I did this, it completely restarted the ge without the treasured feature. The whole system is corrupt!!
