Jacqueline Cucuiat and Loretta George are renting my Guest House. She was a "friend". I let them move in without a written agreement. When she was lookig she asked to lower my price from @750 to $650. I said no. She asked if utilities were included. I also told her no. Utilities are NOT included. She was told she had to pay $100 a month towards her deposit. She agreed to that. That was in january. So she has accrued $400 for that bill. She hasn't even paid her tv, which she said she needed for her aunt. I was keeping that in for them at a cost of $55 a month. I initially gave them access to do laundry in my house. But when it was apparent that they were just stalling for time. I took that away. They have trespassed in my house on at least 3, that I know of seperate occassions. One time Jacqueline put a litter box in my kitchen which made my dog very sick.
They left a note on my front door stating that I was harrassing them. NOT true at all, unless you call asking them politely to keep their tash safe, then I'm guilty. I'm sure this is a ploy to not pay their rent. Every excuse.That is actually harrassment towards me.
Instead of paying their trash bill, they are paying my handyman $30 a month, which is 3 times more than their bill.
DO NOT RENT TO THESE PEOPLE! They took advantage of my kind natre. No security, no credit check, no payments, at all! They are not friends aT all, just seeing what they can get for nothing.
